In the interest of athlete safety, and in accordance with USA Ultimate’s Bylaws, Section 10.12, members who are suspended or banned must be publicized, including name, date of decision, duration of the suspension, jurisdiction in which the individual is located, specific violation and other information deemed relevant by the judicial committee.
